Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A Digital Ultrasound (Usg) Device With Installation And Integration With The Pacs/Ris System For The Kashubian Medical Center In Sierakowice

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New, Unused, Unregenerated, Non-Demonstrative Digital Ultrasound Device For The Needs Of The Kashubian Medical Center In Sierakowice, Ul. Lęborska 30, 83-340 Sierakowice, Including A Comprehensive Service Of Connecting And Configuring The Device With The Ordering Partys Pacs/Ris System In The Dicom Standard (Including Dicom Store And Dicom Worklist) And Delivery Of The Necessary Software And Licenses. The Device Must Come From Current Production And Have Been Manufactured No Earlier Than 12 Months Before The Initiation Of These Proceedings.2. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Conduct Training For The Ordering Partys Staff In The Use, Operation And Basic Maintenance Of The Device For The Staff Indicated By The Ordering Party (Min. 2 People).3. The Delivered Device Must Be A Medical Device Approved For Marketing In The Eu And The Republic Of Poland In Accordance With Regulation (Eu) 2017/745 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council (Mdr) And The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices (Journal Of Laws 2022, Item 974, As Amended). In Addition, It Must Meet Iec Standards For Electrical Safety And Electromagnetic Compatibility. In The Case Of Products Covered By The Transition Period Resulting From The Mdr, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate The Legality Of Further Placing The Product On The Market In Accordance With Art. 120 Mdr.4. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular Transport, Bringing, Assembly And Installation Of The Device, Its Configuration, Integration With The Ordering Partys It Infrastructure, Conducting Acceptance Tests And Preparing The Device For Use.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 7 To The Swz Entitled Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Minimum Requirements.
