The Drive Mechanism Must Include A Rod Supported Within The Vacuum Volume By A Linear Bushing Made Of Technical Ceramics To Provide Rigidity, Eliminate Backlash And Prevent The Effect Of Cold Welding Of Metals In A Vacuum. The Design Of The Housing Must Allow The User To Replace The Manual Drive With An Electric One (Stepper Motor) Without Dismantling The Input From The Vacuum Installation And Without Violating The Tightness (Without Depressurizing The Bellows Assembly). Sealing Type - Metal Welded Bellows Made Of Stainless Steel. Body And Flange Materials Are 304L Or 316L Stainless Steel (Or Low Carbon Equivalent). The Rod Stroke Is At Least 50 Mm. The Permissible Warm-Up Temperature Of The Assembly (Without Drive) Is At Least 250 °C. Permissible Operating Temperature Is Up To 200 °C. Maximum Axial Load Is Not Less Than 25 N. Service Life Is Not Less Than 10,000 Cycles. Ultimate Vacuum <10-9 Torr. Passport/Operation Manual. Warranty Card (Warranty Period Of At Least 12 Months). Certificate.
