The Subject Of The Contract Is The Reconstruction Of The Castle Terrace, Staircase And Railing In Klášterec Nad Ohří. The Viewing Terrace Of The Chateau Consists Of A Paved Area Of Sandstone Strips Laid In Dividing Squares Filled With Terracotta Honeycomb Paving. The Railing Consists Of Massive Sandstone Posts With A Trestle, Metal Filling And A Cover Handle. The Access Staircase Has 16 Sandstone Steps And The Stair Railing Is Identical To The Balustrade Of The Terrace. All Parts And The Surface Of The Stone Structures Will Require Restoration Intervention And Overall Conservation Carried Out By A Professionally Qualified Person According To The Conditions Of The Binding Opinion Of The Npú. The Statically Damaged Supporting Slab Of The Staircase Will Have To Be Demolished Incl. The Starting Base Of The Staircase. The Sandstone Stair Treads Will Be Dismantled After Thorough Surveying And Marking And, After Restoration, Placed Back On A New Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Inclined Slab. The Paving Will Be Dismantled On The Terrace Of The Castle, Incl. The Original Composition Of The Terrace Down To The Supporting Structure Of The Floor. Waterproofing Will Be Carried Out On A Cleaned Base, Then A Separation Geotextile Will Be Laid, And On Top Of It A New Paving Will Be Laid In The Aggregate Layer, Respecting The Original Shape And Material Solution. Drainage Elements, Terrace Plating And Angular Gutters And Downspouts Will Also Be Changed. The Staircase And Balustrade Will Be Restored According To The Prepared Restoration Entrance Survey And The Described Cleaning, Repair And Conservation Procedures. Furthermore, The Conditions Of Issued Decisions And Binding Opinions Will Be Respected. In Addition To The Work Listed In The Bill Of Quantities, The Contractors Delivery Also Includes The Provision Of The Following Activities: - Construction Of The Work According To The Bill Of Quantities, In Accordance With Valid Permits, According To Valid Standards And Regulations, Including Anticipated Work Related To The Subject Of The Work (E.G. Washing And Cleaning Roads, Transportation Of Materials And Mechanization, Etc.). * Ensuring The Issuance Of Special Use Of Public Space (Omh Klášterec Nad Ohří). * Appointment Of An Authorized Person Responsible For The Implementation Of The Building - Field Of Civil Engineering. * Ensuring The Necessary Technical And Documentary Documentation Of The Building For The Issuance Of Approval, Disposal Of Waste In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations. All Documents Will Be Marked With The Name Of The Building And Will Be Handed Over After The Construction Is Completed. * Modification Of The Areas Of All Construction Sites Affected By The Contractors Activities, If Their Modification Is Not The Subject Of The Order, Including The Removal Of Damage Caused By The Construction. * Before The Start Of Work, Photo Documentation Of The Current State Of Adjacent Buildings (E.G. Buildings, Fences And Fence Bases), As Well As The Land, Will Be Taken. * Ensuring Compliance With Safety Regulations. * Energy Consumption And Construction Site Equipment Costs For The Entire Construction Period Incl. Provision Of Secondary Energy Measurement. * Before Dismantling The Staircase, It Will Be Measured And A Laying Plan Drawn Up. * Documentation Of The Actual Execution, Geodetic Survey Of The Completed Building. We Require The Processing Of Geodetic Documentation In Jvf Dtm As Well. The Preparation Of The Geodetic Part Of The Documentation Of The Actual Execution Of The Building Or The Geodetic Basis For The Digital Technical Map Of The Ústí Region, Containing The Geometric, Positional And Height Determination Of The Completed Building Or Technological Equipment, Will Be Prepared In Accordance With § 5 And In The Structure According To Annexes No. 3 And 4 Of Decree No. 393/2020 Coll. On The Digital Technical Map (Dtm Decree), As Amended, In The Currently Valid Version Exchangeable Format According To § 6 Of The Dtm Decree. The Geodetic Base Is Made Using The Existing Digital Technical Map Data. The Geodetic Base Includes An Assessment Of The Continuity Of The New State With The Current State. The Documentation Of The Actual Implementation Must Contain The Protocol On The Acceptance Of The Basis For Recording The Change In The Digital Technical Map Issued By The Regional Office Of The Ústí Region. - The Completed Building Will Be Handed Over For Use By The City Of Klášterec Nad Ohří. For Some Of These Activities, Separate Items Are Not Listed In The Vv. The Costs Of Ensuring The Above Will Be Included And Calculated In The Individual Items Of Construction Work And Thus In The Total Costs Of The Construction.
