The Environment Infrastructure Management System (Eims) By Computronix Canada Is A Powerful Enterprise Platform That Has Been Used By Various Business Areas Within Two Government Of Alberta (Goa) Departments, Alberta Agriculture And Irrigation (Agi) And Alberta Environment And Protected Areas (Epa), For Asset Management. The Application Has Been Maintained And Upgraded On A Regular Basis And Runs On The Latest Versions Of Posse, Oracle, And Internet Browsers To Ensure Reliable And Secure Access To The Needed Information.Since 2004 The Primary Use Has Been To Track And Monitor All Aspects Of Over $12 Billion Cad (2026) Of Agi Owned Water Management Infrastructure. Eims Has Been Used To Document And Track Dam Safety Regulatory Processes And Compliance Of Over 1200 Dams And Canals Throughout Alberta Since 2017. Eims Continues To Be The Go-To Application That Agi Uses To Track All Aspects Of Responsible Ownership Of This Critical Water Management Infrastructure.The Best Practices And Technologies For Responsible Ownership Continuously Evolve And Eims Enhancements Are Periodically Required To Adapt To Changes In Agi’S Dam Safety Management Program. This Contract Is For Expert Technical Support Services To Support The Development Of Requirements And Implementation Of Enhancements For Portfolio Risk Tracking And Reporting, Along With Other Enhancements That Will Enable The Department To Remain Current With Dam Safety Best Practices.The Successful Proponent Will Provide Consulting Services Or Troubleshooting Services To Assist The Department In Production Support Of Eims. Services May Include Working With Agi Staff To Understand Their Needs And Produce Change Requests To Develop And Implement The Necessary Configurations. They May Perform User Acceptance Testing And Coordination For The Implementation Of Releases As Directed By The Department’S Designate. They May Also Create Or Modify Ssrs Reports And Other Reporting Tools That Enable Agi To Use The Data Captured In Eims. The Scope Of Services, Delivery Timeframes And Cost Shall Be Mutually Agreed By The Contractor And The Department’S Designate.
