During The Study, The Compliance Of The Training Courses With The Competence Needs Of The Field Is Analyzed And The Main Bottlenecks And Development Needs Are Identified. Based On The Results, Proposals Are Prepared For A More Systematic Development Of In-Service Training To Support The Quality Of Social Services And The Professional Development Of Employees.
