The Object Of The Procurement Is The Necessary Construction Consulting And Design Work To Improve The Energy Efficiency Of The Haljala Wastewater Treatment Plant Located In Haljala Township In Haljala Municipality. Project Documentation Is Prepared At Least In The Detail Of The Main Project. The Scope Of Work Includes Supervision Of The Designer. The Contract Execution Period Is Up To 24 Months, Incl. 180 Days To Carry Out The Main Volume Of Design Works. The Improvement Of The Energy Efficiency Of The Haljala Wastewater Treatment Plant Is Supported By The Funds Of The European Union Emissions Trading System.
