The Land Surveying Office Is An Authority Operating Under The Ministry Of Agriculture And Forestry, Which Carries Out Various Land Surveying Services, For Example Subdivisions And Land Management Arrangements, As Well As Produces Map Materials And Promotes Their Use. The National Land Survey And Possibly Metsäkeskus Will Jointly Procure Rtk Devices And Related Support, Maintenance And Service Services In 2027. The Number Of Devices To Be Procured Will Be Around 500. The Contract Period Will Be 4 Years + Possible Option Years. Rtk Device Refers To Real-Time Kinematic Measurement (Real Time Kinematic, Rtk), Which Is Used In Land Surveying As A Measurement Method For Gnss Satellite Positioning. The Acquired Rtk Devices Are Primarily Used In Terrain Surveying Tasks With A Real-Time Network Rtk Measurement Method And A Static Fixed Point Measurement Method Based On Post-Calculation. Measuring Devices Will Be Required To Have A Long Life Cycle Suitable For Professional Use And Standardized Drivers. The Devices Are Required To Function In Finnish Terrain Conditions In All Seasons. This Request For Information Is Not A Procurement Notice, Nor A Request For Tenders, But A More Detailed Market Dialogue About Devices, Software And Spatial Data Aids, Which Can Be Used By The Procurement Unit To Carry Out The Aforementioned Work And Develop Its Own Work Processes. The Procurement Unit Has Specified Three Different Hardware And Software Configurations That Can Be Given For Test Use Based On The Request For Information. The Measurement Software Must Be Installable And Usable On The Procurement Units Own Tablet Computer (Windows Or Android).- Device Configuration 4: Includes An Rtk Device (Antenna Unit). The Rtk Device Must Be Accessible And Controllable With Third-Party Software. This Option Will Not Be Tested, But The Response To The Request For Information Must Indicate The Possibility Of Offering This Option. Testing And Comparing The Devices:- The Functionality And Performance Of The Devices Will Be Compared In Relation To The Measuring Device Currently In Use. The Procurement Unit Gives Feedback To Each Participant. - The Suitability Of The Devices Software (Measurement Application) For The Use Needs Of The Land Surveying Institute Is Evaluated. - The Functionality Of The Device In The Finpos Service Is Tested Under Different Conditions. Criteria For The Object Of The Request For Information The Features Required Of The Device And Software Offered Are Presented In Appendix 1 Of This Request For Information, Unconditional Requirements For The Item In The Request For Information.
