The Municipality Of Tervola And Tervolan Vuokratalot Oy Are Requesting Bids For The Cleaning, Repair And Adjustment Work Of Ventilation Systems With A Framework Arrangement For The Contract Period 7/15/2026–7/15/2029. The Acquisition Also Includes One (1) Two (2) Year Option Period. Exercising The Option Is The Customers Right, Not An Obligation. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Cleaning, Repair And Adjustment Of The Ventilation Systems Of Properties Owned Or Managed By Tervola Municipality And Tervolan Vuokratalot Oy. Included In The Procurement Are Ventilation System Cleaning Work, Air Flow Measurement And Adjustment Work, As Well As Minor Repair And Modification Work Directly Related To These. In This Procurement, Minor Repair And Modification Work Refers To Minor Work Related To Ventilation System Cleaning, Sniffing, Measurement Or Adjustment That Is Necessary For The Purposeful Execution Of The Work. Such Work Can Include, For Example, Replacement Of Muffler Material, Replacement Of Muffler, Replacement Of The Terminal Device, Minor Repairs Related To Adjustment, Minor Installations For Cleaning Or Measurement, And Other Similar Small-Scale Iv System Repair Procedures. The More Detailed Content Of The Service, The Requirements And Procedures Regarding The Performance Of The Work Are Presented In The Appendices Of The Request For Tender. A Maximum Of Three (3) Service Providers Will Be Selected For The Framework Arrangement, If A Sufficient Number Of Acceptable Offers Are Received. Service Providers Are Prioritized Based On A Comparison Of Offers. The Customer Places Individual Assignments Primarily From The Service Provider Ranked First In Order Of Priority. If The Service Provider In Question Is Unable To Carry Out The Assignment Within The Schedule Required By The Client, Or If The Terms Of The Assignment Cannot Be Agreed Upon, The Client Can Switch To The Next Service Provider. The Customer Does Not Commit To Specific Procurement Quantities During The Contract Period. The Customer Reserves The Right To Decide On A Case-By-Case Basis Whether It Will Use The Procedure In Accordance With This Framework Arrangement Or Whether It Will Tender The Individual Procurement Separately. The Estimated Total Value Of This Framework Agreement For The Entire Contract Period, Including Option Periods, Is A Maximum Of 215,000 Euros Vat 0%. The Predicted Total Value Includes The Purchases Made By Tervola Municipality And Tervolan Vuokratalot Oy Based On This Framework Arrangement For The Entire Contract Period And Possible Option Periods.
