The Purpose Of The Service Is To Enhance The Monitoring, Reporting And Management Of The Use Of Vehicles By Employees In The Area. The Solution Must Be Data Secure, Easy To Use And Meet The Requirements Of The Taxpayer. There Are Currently Around 165 Vehicles In The Health And Safety Sector In The Welfare Area. The Goal Of The Service Is To Automate The Maintenance Of The Driving Logbook And Improve The Accuracy Of The Information. The Service Automatically Records The History Of The Trip, Starting And Ending Points, Times, And Length Of The Trip. The Solution Must Support Vehicle-Specific And User-Specific Reporting And Offer Real-Time Monitoring And History Data If Necessary. The Service Must Have Different User Group Levels, Such As Vehicle User, Supervisor And Administration.
