Request For Information: First Home Services For The Päijät-Häme Welfare Area

This Document Is Not A Procurement Notice, An Invitation To Negotiations, Or A Request For Tenders, But A Request For Information Related To Market Mapping. The Purpose Of This Information Request Is To Hear From The Service Providers Producing First Home Services On The Market And To Hear Their Views Regarding The Planned Procurement Package. The Planned Procurement Entity Is A Social And Health Service In Accordance With Appendix E Of The Procurement Act (1397/2016), In Which Case The Provisions Of Chapter 12 Of The Procurement Act Apply To The Procurement. As A Procurement Procedure, It Is Planned To Use An Open Procedure, Where The Procurement Unit Publishes A Procurement Notice And Makes Available A Request For Tenders, On The Basis Of Which All Willing Suppliers Can Make A Bid.
