Ict Consulting Services . Descriptionthe Framework Agreement Will Cover The Needs Of Oslo Municipality And Connected Businesses For Ict Consulting Services. The Purpose Of The Joint Purchase Agreement Is To Cover Oslo Municipalitys Need For The Purchase Of Ict Consulting Services In Cases Where Oslo Municipality, For Resource Or Professional Reasons, Cannot Meet The Need For Expertise From Permanent Staff. All Businesses In Oslo Municipality Will Be Able To Use This Agreement. The Joint Purchase Agreement Is Divided Into Five Different Sub-Agreements. Within Each Sub-Agreement, Parallel Framework Agreements Will Be Entered Into With Three To Eight Suppliers, For A More Detailed Description See The Basis For Competition Point 2.1.
