Descriptionthe Swedish Tax Agency Invites Qualification For A Competition With Negotiations For The Acquisition Of Data Center Services, Including Data Rooms With Exclusive Space, In Two Different Colocation Data Centers In The Oslo Area. Services That Are Part Of The Procurement Are, Among Other Things, Redundant Power Supply In Addition To Spare Components Ups And Emergency Generators, Redundant Cooling, Redundant Network Access, Physical And Logical Security As Well As On-Call Arrangements. The Norwegian Tax Agency Currently Has Lease Agreements For Locations With Data Centers And Associated Operation And Maintenance Agreements. These Agreements Expire In The Years Leading Up To 2028, And The Tax Agency Must Then Move Its Equipment To New Data Centres. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Cover The Clients Needs For Data Center Services In Two Different Data Centers In The Oslo Area (Called Area 2 And Area 3) When The Lease Agreements In Question Expire. The Client Must Enter Into Two Partial Contracts. The Scope Of The Two Sub-Contracts Is Identical With The Exception Of The Time Period In Which The Delivery Day Must Occur (See Appendix 3 On This). Delivery Day For One Partial Contract Must Be A Day In The Period From And Including 1 February 2027 To And Including 31 May 2027, While Delivery Day For The Other Partial Contract Must Be A Day In The Period From And Including 10 January 2028 To And Including 31 January 2028. The Supplier Chooses Which Time Period For Delivery Day The Offer Applies To, Or Whether It Applies To Both Time Periods. As A Result Of The Norwegian Tax Agencys Risk And Vulnerability Assessment, It Is Required That The Data Centers From Which The Services Are Offered In The Two Subcontracts Are At Least 5 Km As The Crow Flies From Each Other. Geographical Separation And Minimum Distance Reduce The Risk Of Both Data Centers Being Affected By Natural Events Or Events Created By Threat Actors. In Addition To The Fact That The Data Centers Must Be At Least 5 Km Apart As The Crow Flies, It Is Required That Only One Of The Data Centers Can Be Located In Groruddalens Valley Floor. Groruddalens Valley Floor Is Located In The Eastern Part Of Oslo And Is Considered In This Competition To Stretch From The Center Of Oslo To Stovner, And Between Bjerke In The West To The Border With Lørenskog Municipality In The East. Estimated Value For Each Of The Two Sub-Contracts Is 85-195 Mnok Over A Contract Period Of 15 Years From The Date Of Delivery.
