Descriptionthe Procurement Concerns The Complete Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of 1 Pc. 145 Kv Sf6-Free Gas-Insulated Switchgear (Gis) With 9 Pcs. Double Switch Fields And Double Busbar. To Øygarden Connection Station. The Acquisition Includes Bkks Bays, Including Blomøy And Energiparken, As Well As An Option For Future Bays (Energiparken Nord, Energiparken Sør And 2 Future). Øygarden Connection Station Is A Joint Station Between Bkk As And Statnett Sf. In Accordance With The Building Owner Agreement Between The Parties (Dated 03.05.2023), Bkk Must Also Establish 3 145 Kv Transformer Field On Behalf Of Statnett Which Is Included As An Option In The Procurement. Ownership Of These Fields Is Transferred To Statnett Upon Takeover. The Contract With The Supplier Is Signed By Both Bkk And Statnett, Cf. Building Owners Agreement Section 11.2. The Technical Requirements Follow Statnetts Specification Sdok-41-34 (Special Specification) And Sdok-41-38 (General Specification), Which Have Been Made Applicable To This Procurement. Details Of The Delivery Appear In Appendix 01 - Job Description And Other Attachments. The Procurement Is Carried Out In Two Stages. Suppliers Are Asked To Submit A Qualification Request By 30/06/2026 At 12.00 In Mercell. Up To 3 Qualified Suppliers Will Be Invited To The Offer Phase And Negotiations.
