Today There Are A Total Of 14 Care Homes Located Here (- Level 2 Homes). These Are Planned To Be Converted Into A Total Of 13 Care+ Housing (- Level 3 Housing) With The Addition Of A Common Area And An Office. The Procurement Consists Of A Main Portion Which Involves Work Necessary To Put The Housing In Question In Condition As Care+ Housing, And Which Is Described In The Requirements Specification. In Addition, Various Options Are Depicted. These Are Not Ranked According To Priority, And The Client Will Therefore Possibly Call On The Options That The Financial Framework Allowed.
