Pi Krimpen Will Be Completely Revitalized In The Coming Years. This Is Done In Four Tender Parts, Namely: • Sub-Project 1 Renovation Of Living Areas And Dioo (In Progress) • Sub-Project 2 Roofing, Pv Panels And Outdoor Space (This Project) • Sub-Project 3 Replacement Of Security Installations • Sub-Project 4 Central Energy Supply And Interior Space This Project Includes The Integrated Approach To The Outer Shell Of The Complex. All Flat Roofs Within The Complex Are Being Tackled Integrally (Including Safe Working At Heights, Lightning Protection And Rainwater Drainage). The Roof Surfaces Are Provided With New High-Quality Thermal Insulation And New Roof Covering. A Pv Installation Will Also Be Installed On Many Of The Roofs. The Facades Of The Complex Are Being Tackled, With Partial Sustainability (Of The Facade Openings) Taking Place At The Same Time.
