Tenders Are Invited For Competition For The Acquisition Of External Resources For The Coordination Project

The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into A Contract For The Delivery Of External Professional And Methodological Assistance To The Coordination Project In Dfø. The Coordination Project Will Map And Analyze Coordination Opportunities Across Dføs Divisions And Propose A Prioritized List Of Relevant Measures. The Project Is Carried Out In Three Phases. Phase 2 (Current Situation, June-November 2026) Is The Core Delivery. The Contract Also Includes An Option For Phase 3 (Goal Picture And Concepts, November 2026-February 2027) And Phase 4 (Gap Analysis And Action Plan, March-June 2027). The Coordination Project Is A Transversal Project In Dfø Which Aims To Strengthen Coordination Across The Business. The Project Is Anchored In Dføs Business Strategy 2025-2030 And Business Plan 2026, And The Projects Mandate Has Been Decided By The Management Group. The Aim Is To Increase Dføs Strategic Room For Action By Exploring And Assessing How The Business Is Organized And How Resources Are Utilized Across The Divisions.
