Needs Study For The Development Of The National Ground Segment For Satellite Data (Nbs). This Involves Examining The Social Utility Of The Current Nbs, Assessing The Data Volume Of Data That Must Be Stored, Estimating The Cost Of Continuation, And Proposing Priorities For Functionality For The Period 2028-2034. The Main Deliverable Is A Written Report. The Report Must Contain Descriptions And Analyzes Of The Following Topics, Defined As Work Packages (A1-7). The Supplier Is Free To Change The Order And Define The Relative Scope Of The Partial Deliveries, As Well As Add Relevant Elements That Are Not Mentioned Below. Scope And Focus Can Also Be Adapted Along The Way, In Dialogue With The Norwegian Space Directorate, But The Offer Must Outline A Plan For Implementation And Method. There Will Be Opportunities For Parts Of The Assignment To Be Exempt From Public Disclosure By Agreement.
