The Execution Of The Public Order Includes The Following Activities, Which Are Related To A Service For The Preparation Of A Strategic Document And Are A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To Them: 1. Review Of The Current Legislation In The Field Of Sustainable Development Of Urban Mobility And The Urban Environment, And The Relevant Strategic And Planning Documents. 2. Preparation Of A Plan For The Sustainable Development Of Urban Mobility In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Varna (Plan For Sustainable Urban Mobility - Pugm), Including: - Research And Analysis Of The Existing Situation; - Preparation Of Forecasts And Scenarios For The Development/Upgrade Of The Main Areas Of Urban Mobility; - Determination Of Clear, Specific, Measurable And Achievable Goals Included In The Pugm; - The Development Of An Action Plan Within The Framework Of Pugm; - Preparation Of A Program For Monitoring And Evaluation Of Pugm; - Making A Graphic Logo Of Pugm; - Preparation Of A Communication Strategy For The Promotion Of Pugm. 3. Information And Publicity Activities In The Process Of Preparing The Plan For Sustainable Urban Mobility. 4. Preparation Of The Necessary Documents For Notifying The Competent Authorities Of The Ministry Of Environment And Forestry For The Development Of The Plan. 5. Presentation Of The Pugm Before The Committees Of The Municipal Council And At A Meeting Of The Municipal Council-Varna For The Approval Of The Plan.
