The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Highly Specialized Immunological Examinations Of Patients At The St. Anna Umbal - Sofia Jsc, Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Deadline For The Execution Of The Order Is 12 (Twelve) Months From Its Award. The Nature And Specifics Of The Studies Are Described In A Technical Specification Prepared By The Contracting Authority And Representing An Integral Part Of The Procedure. The Specification Covers 56 Types Of Immunological Studies, And It Is Mandatory To Offer All The Nomenclature Included In The Technical Specification, As Well As The Indicated Methods Of Implementation. Participants Who Do Not Offer All Nomenclature Units, According To The Specified Research Methods, Are Removed From Participation In The Procedure. The Participant Submits Only One Offer, According To The Conditions Of Participation, And No Variants Are Allowed. The Type And Quantity Of Tests Requested For The Duration Of The Contract Depend On The Needs Of The Medical Facility, And The Value Of The Requests Cannot Exceed The Pre-Set Limit Amount (250,000 Euros). The Deadline For Carrying Out Each Requested Research Is At The Proposal Of The Participant In Calendar Days, But Not Longer Than 2 Working Days, Counted From The Date Of Issuing A Research Order And A Referral Slip By The Contracting Authority. Payment For The Performed Activities Is Carried Out In Euros, By Bank Transfer, Deferred, Within 60 /Sixty/ Calendar Days After The Performed Activity And Presentation Of The Following Documents: Invoice And Monthly Report For Performed Immunological Tests For The Previous Month.
