The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Delivery Of Subscriptions For Microsoft 365 And Microsoft Azure For The Needs Of Icgb Jsc, By Specific Positions, As Follows: Item #1: “Delivery Of Microsoft 365 Subscriptions” The Scope Of The Specific Position Includes The Delivery And Management Of Microsoft 365 Subscriptions, From The Full List Of Microsoft, As Well As Additions And Extensions With Their Included Services. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Subscriptions In The Single Client Cloud Space (Tenant) To The Contracting Authority And To Provide Standard Microsoft Services With Consulting On Design, Implementation, Configuration For Support Of The Cloud Microsoft M365 Environment Of The Contracting Authority In Order To Optimally Use All The Provided Subscriptions. The Quantities And Types Of Subscriptions/Products Subject To The Order Are Indicated In Section No. V, Table No. 1 Of The Technical Specification And Are Estimated For The Entire Term Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Will Make Requests For Delivery/Activation According To Its Need And Has No Obligation To Assign All Quantities. The Requests That The Contracting Authority Will Make Will Contain The Specific Number Of Subscriptions/Products And Their Type. The Contracting Authority May Make A Request To Interrupt Activated Subscriptions, In The Event That During The Term Of The Agreement The Need For Their Use No Longer Exists, In Accordance With What Is Specified In The Technical Specification. Separate Position No. 2 Delivery Of Subscriptions For Microsoft Azure In Client Cloud Space (Tenant) Of Icgb Ad The Subject Of The Specific Position Includes Delivery And Management Of Subscriptions To Microsoft Azure For Cloud Services Used By The Employer And Which Support Its Continuous Business Processes. The Execution Of The Order Should Guarantee The Right Of The Contracting Authority To Continuous Access To The Microsoft Azure Cloud Services Within The Framework Of The Cloud Connectivity And Infrastructure Built By It, As Well As To The Business Applications Operating In It. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Management, Coordination And Mediation Services In The Relationship Of The Employer With The Publisher Of The Subscriptions - Microsoft, Including, But Not Limited To: Management And Delivery Of The Subscriptions, Including Assistance In The Event Of Incidents, Future Development Or Expansion, Determined By Project Requirements Or Technological Development; Proactive Analysis Of Consumption And Optimization Of Related Costs In Order To Achieve Efficient And Cost-Effective Use Of Microsoft Azure Subscriptions; Monthly And Upon Request Provision Of Detailed Reports On Consumption And Invoicing For The Relevant Reporting Period; Assistance In Determining The Most Rational Price/Quality/Technology Ratio When Developing Or Changing The Cloud Infrastructure.
