The Specification Attached To The Documentation Contains 131 Products. Each Participant Can Make An Offer, Which Includes A Complex Offer For All Specified Products. An Option Is Provided For The Position, According To Art. 21, Para. 1 Of The Zop The Contracting Authority Can Assign Supplies Of Bioproducts, Standards And Other Reagents With Special Purposes, For The Needs Of The Institute Of Organic Chemistry With The Phytochemistry Center, Other Than Those Included In The Price Specification According To The Catalog/Catalogues Presented, Up To The Sums In Euros Without Vat Specified As An Option For Each Item. The Terms And Procedure For Awarding The Options Are Defined In The Draft Contract. The Assignment Of The Options Is Carried Out In Accordance With Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Law And In The Presence Of Financial Resources, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Conclude An Annex To The Contract For Public Procurement If Necessary To Award Supplies Of Solvents/General Chemicals Other Than Those Included In The Nomenclature Units Of The Relevant Separate Item, For The Needs Of Other Projects Of The Institute Of Polymers, At Prices According To The Presented Catalog/Catalogues And In Compliance With The Other Clauses Of The Contract.
