This Public Procurement Includes The Daily Preparation And Delivery Of Ready-Made Food For Hospital Meals To The Patients Of Sbalag - Maichin Dom Ead And Supplies Of Invigorating Drinks For The Staff On Duty According To The Attached Technical Specification, For A Period Of 24 Months. The Food For The Patients Is Prepared According To The Collection Of Recipes For Dietary Dishes For Public Catering Establishments And Medical And Preventive Establishments, Technika Publishing House From 1984 For The Corresponding Dish Number Indicated In The Technical Specification. The Preparation Of The Dishes Specified In The Technical Specification Is Carried Out In Compliance With The Type And Weight Of The Individual Components, The Chemical Composition And The Technological Requirements For The Preparation Of The Corresponding Dish According To The Recipe Book. The Prepared Dishes Should Meet The Requirements For The Quantity In Finished Form (Yield) Specified In The Recipe Book For The Respective Dish.
