The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Periodic Deliveries Of Medicinal Products In The Sense Of The Law On Medicinal Products In Human Medicine For The Needs Of Mbal - Tutrakan Eood, For Fifteen Separate Items, According To Estimated Quantities From The Technical Specification In The Documentation For Participation In The Open Procedure And Refers To A 24-Month Period. The Contracting Authority Divides The Order Into 15 (Fifteen) Separate Items. Estimated Quantities Of Medicinal Products /Medicines/ Are Described In The Technical Specification By Generic Names /International Non-Proprietary Names/, Medicinal Forms, As Well As Measure And Amount Of Active Substance. They Are Presented In Tabular Form, Prepared In Excel Format. Medicinal Products Must Meet The Requirements Of The Medicinal Products In Human Medicine Act And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, And For Every Single Drug There Must Be An Issued Authorization For Use, Entered In The Register Of Medicinal Products Authorized For Use In The Republic Of Bulgaria At The Medicines Executive Agency. The Offered Medicinal Products From The Technical Specification, Which Are Included In The Positive Medicinal List, Should Have Prices That Do Not Exceed The Reference Values Specified In The Positive Medicinal List, And The Prices Of The Medicinal Products From The Technical Specification That Are Not Outside The Positive Medicinal List Should Not Exceed The Values Determined According To Chapters Three, Four And Five Of The Ordinance On The Conditions, Rules And Procedure For Regulating And Registering The Prices Of Medicinal Products (Promulgated Sg No. 40 Of 04/30/2013) - Marginal Prices Of Medicinal Products Dispensed By A Doctors Prescription And Medicinal Products Dispensed Without A Doctors Prescription. Each Participant May Participate For One, Several Or All Of The Specific Positions Described With A Separate Number In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1. The Contracting Authority Does Not Set A Limit On The Number Of Specific Positions That Will Be Awarded To One Contractor. Evaluation Will Be Done Separately For Each Specific Position.
