The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Printing And Delivery Of 1,729,500 Tax And Insurance Declarations By Types And Quantities Specified In The Table Attached To The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1.1. The Contract Enters Into Force From The Moment Of Its Signing, With The Deadline For Service Performance Being Until 31.05.2027, With Performance Deadlines As Follows: - Up To 3 (Three) Calendar Days From The Handing Over Of The Samples By The Persons Designated By The Contracting Authority, Pre-Press Preparation Is Carried Out And Ten Printed Copies Of Each Sample Declaration Are Presented To The Persons Designated By The Contracting Authority For Control And Establishment Of Compliance With The Provided Samples. After Confirmation By The Persons Designated By The Contracting Authority, A Magnetic Medium With The Samples For Printing Is Also Handed Over. - Up To 10 (Ten) Calendar Days From The Approval Of The Sample Declarations On Paper And Magnetic Media By The Persons Designated By The Contracting Authority For The Tax Declarations Under Section I-1 Of The Attached Table - Appendix No. 1.1. ; - Up To 20 (Twenty) Calendar Days From The Approval Of The Sample Declarations On Paper And Magnetic Media By The Persons Designated By The Contracting Authority For The Insurance Declarations Under Section Ii-2 Of The Attached Table - Annex No. 1.1.​​​​ In The Event That The Contracting Authority Provides The Sample Declarations In Stages, The Deadline For Printing And Delivering The Relevant Declarations Begins After Their Approval By The Contracting Authority. The Transfer/Acceptance And Approval Of The Relevant Samples Is Certified By Protocols. The Printing Services Will Be Performed At The Location Of The Contractors Printing House, And The Delivery Of The Printed Documents - To The Addresses Of The Territorial Structures Of The Nra, According To Appendix No. 1.2 To The Technical Specification In The Participation Documentation.
