The Implementation Of The Following Main Activities Is Envisaged: - Study Of The Existing Situation, Collection Of Source Data, Incl. Data On Construction/Reconstruction Of Existing Roads And Streets, Familiarization With The Available Technical Documentation, Surveying The Terrain, Development Of Alternative Solutions, - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase, In Which The Due Fees And Costs For Coordination And Approval Are At The Expense Of The Contracting Authority. - The Implementation Of The Smr Begins After The Issuance Of A Construction Permit By The Competent Authorities For The Site. A Building Permit Is Issued By The Municipal Administration Upon Presentation Of Technical Documentation With Assessed Compliance. The Participants In The Construction And The Relationships Between Them Are Determined By The Requirements Of Section Two, Part Three Of The Zut And By The Instructions Given In These Implementation Instructions. During The Implementation Of The Smr, A Licensed Construction Supervision Consultant (Article 166 Of The Zut) Based On A Contract For The Object, Exercises Construction Supervision Within The Scope Of The Contract And In Accordance With The Requirements Of Article 168 Of The Zut. In Connection With The Exact Compliance Of The Investment Projects During The Implementation Of The Smr, The Contractor, Through Separate Legal Entities, Authors Of The Applicable Project Documentation In Parts, Will Carry Out Author Supervision In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 162 Of The Zut And The Performance Contract. With The Implementation Of Supervision By The Designers - Authors Of Individual Parts Of The Investment Project, The Exact Implementation Of The Project, The Observance Of The Technological And Construction Rules And Norms, As Well As The Preparation Of The Project Documentation For Putting The Site Into Operation, Are Guaranteed. The Technical Implementation Of The Construction Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Bulgarian Regulations, The Technical Specifications Of The Construction Products, Materials And Equipment Used In The Construction, And The Good Construction Practices In Bulgaria And In Europe.
