The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor With Professional Qualifications And Practical Experience In The Exercise Of Consulting Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 166, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Zut And Art. 168, Paragraph 1 Of The Zut, Namely The Exercise Of Construction Supervision To Ensure The Lawful Implementation Of The Smr And To Allow The Use Of The Object Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement, As Well As The Preparation Of A Final Report And Technical Passport. The Contractor Is Responsible For His Activities And Obligations As A Participant In The Investment Process, Regulated In Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Zut.
