The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Implementation Of The Activities Under Project No. Bgmk0200027 Cultural Area - Cultural Heritage Community And Attractive All-Season Tourism, Program Interreg Vi-A Ipp Bulgaria - North Macedonia 2021-2027. The Scope Of This Public Procurement Includes The Following Specific Activities: Delivery And Installation Of Multimedia And Interactive Equipment (Totems, Displays, Tablets); Delivery And Installation Of Multimedia Projector And Electric Projection Screen; Construction Of Infrastructure For Wireless Communication (Wi-Fi Mesh System); Delivery And Installation Of A Sound System (Mixer, Amplifiers, Speakers, Wireless Microphones); Configuration Of All Devices In Kiosk Mode And Network Connection; Training Of Personnel To Work With The Supplied Equipment. The Full Scope, Detailed Description, Quantitative Parameters And Specific Technical Requirements For The Implementation Of Each Of The Activities Are Detailed In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation. Implementation Includes Delivery, Transportation, Assembly, Installation, Software Configuration And Personnel Training. ​​​​​​​The Contractor Should Deliver And Install Multimedia Equipment Designed For Intensive Work In A Public Environment. The Technical Parameters Of The Devices Must Guarantee Reliable Operation With A Large Flow Of People In The Museum Space. All Devices Must Be Handed Over To The Employer In A State Of Complete Software And Hardware Readiness. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out A Specific Configuration For Protection Against Unauthorized Access, By Activating The So-Called Kiosk Mode (Kiosk Mode). The Contracting Authority Allows The Submission Of Offers With Equivalent Models Of Equipment. Models That Have Technical Characteristics That Are Equal To Or Better Than The Set Minimum Requirements Will Be Considered Equivalent.
