The Assignment Is For Activities To Increase The Energy Efficiency Of The Administrative Building Of The Town Hall In The Village Of Bogdanica, Under The Beautiful Bulgaria Project, As Provided For Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works On The Building Of The Town Hall Of The Village Of Bogdanitsa With Administrative Address 14Ta Street No. 2. The Aim Of The Current Project Is To Achieve Energy Class A By Applying Energy-Saving Measures, In Compliance With The Set Technical Parameters Of Thermal Insulation Materials And Heating Systems. With The Implementation Of The Mentioned Measures, Energy Savings, Reduction Of Carbon Dioxide Emissions, Reduction Of The Necessary Means For Heating And Air Conditioning, Improvement Of The Microclimate And Comfort Of The Residents Are Expected. The Object Has A Built-Up Area Of 1035 M2 And Is Located In The Village Of Bogdanitsa, Municipality Of Sadovo, Region Of Plovdiv. The Massive Two-Story Administrative Building Was Built On The Territory Of Upi Iv - Cultural Center, Confectionery, Youth Center And Atc In District 24 Of The Krp Of The Village Of Bogdanitsa. The Construction And Assembly Works Planned For Implementation Are Grouped By Their Nature Into Three Main Groups. Group Construction And Installation Works Related To The Replacement Of Windows And Doors Includes The Partial Replacement Of Doors And Windows. Group Construction And Installation Works For Thermal Insulation Of The Roof Generally Refers To Laying Mineral Wool On A Ceiling Slab In A Space Under A Pitched Roof And Providing Roof Drainage. Group Construction And Installation Works For Thermal Insulation Of External Walls Refers To The Preliminary Dismantling Works, Laying Of Thermal Insulation Systems And Finishing Positions Until The Final Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. Mandatory Requirements Are Set For The Contractor Under The Beautiful Bulgaria Project. They Are Detailed In The Order Documentation.
