The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Select An External Contractor To Carry Out Construction And Assembly Works - Cmr/Crr In The Building Of Su Chernorizets Hrabar And Adjacent Sites To The School, Namely Implementation Of Construction And Repair Activities In Classrooms, The Corridor On The 1St Floor, Cmr At The Central Entrance, Site In Front Of The Canteen - Student Chair, The Site That Is Located On The Side Of Three Spo - Stationary Movable Objects, Cmr On The Site - Exit To A Wooden Shed, Etc. Common Types Of Cmp/Cpp Described As Types And Quantity In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1. The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement: 1. Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works And Any Other Accompanying Activities, Representing Ongoing Repair In The Sense Of Paragraph 2, Item 43 Of The Dr Of The Zut, Including The Supply Of Materials, Mechanization, Labor And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Public Order, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And The Bill Of Quantities. 2. Participation In The Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction According To Ordinance No. 3 On Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction. 3. Warranty Liability Of The Performed Cmr. Warranty Liability Is For The Periods Of The Warranty Periods Offered By The Contractor For The Individual Types Of Construction And Installation Works And Facilities In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003 For Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Zut. 3. Other Non-Construction Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Site, As The Main Types Of Cmr/Srp For The Implementation Of The Site Are Described In Detail As Types And Quantity In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Ppa, The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority For The Scope, Volume And Conditions Of The Implementation Of This Public Procurement Are Detailed And Regulated In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation. The Object Of The Public Procurement Is Construction Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zop - Implementation Of Construction In The Sense Of § 2, Item 51 Of The Additional Provisions Of The Zop. All Smr/Srr Included In The Order Constitute Current Repair In The Sense Of Paragraph 2, Item 43 Of The Dr Of The Zut.
