Carrying Out Construction Supervision During Construction On All Types Of Smr, Which Are Performed By The Builder Of The Relevant Site, In Accordance With The Legal Powers And Obligations Of The Contractor As A Person Exercising Construction Supervision Of Construction, Regulated In Art. 166, Art. 168, Art. 176A Zut. Construction Supervision Is Carried Out Within The Mandatory Scope In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Zut, The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Ordinance On The Essential Requirements For Construction And Assessing The Compliance Of Construction Products And All Legal And By-Laws In The Field Of Construction In Bulgaria. The Construction Supervision Service Aims At High-Quality Implementation Of Construction Supervision, Which Will Be Monitored By A Qualified Consultant. The Consultant Will Carry Out Construction Supervision Under The Law On Territorial Planning, For Which He Must Possess A Certificate/License For Exercise Of Construction Supervision, Issued By The Directorate For National Construction Control/Minister Of Rrb, In Accordance With Art. 166, Para. 2 Of The Zut For Carrying Out The Activity. The Consultant Is Responsible For Implementing All The Requirements Of The Bulgarian Legislation Regarding The Construction Supervision Of The Performed Types Of Smr. The Consultant Acts According To The Requirements Of The Bulgarian Laws, Which Regulate The Actions That Must Be Carried Out And The Acts That Should Be Drawn Up In The Process Of Carrying Out The Construction. The Consultant And His Team Will Control The Implementation Of The Projects And Their Compliance With The Technical Requirements For This. The Consultant Will Be Responsible For Providing All Requirements And Documents For The Final Completion Of Construction Works On The Site. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Mandatory Scope Expressly Stated In Art. 168 Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut).
