The Scope Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of All Measures For Ongoing Maintenance, Operation And Maintenance Of The Street Lighting Infrastructure In The Town Of Sevlievo And All Populated Areas On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Sevlievo, As Well As The Elimination Of Accidents That Have Occurred. The Main Goal, Which Is Set Before The Contracting Authority, Respectively The Executor Of The Public Procurement, Is To Ensure Safety And Comfort Of The Living Environment In The Settlements On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Sevlievo. The Provision Of These Goals Is Accompanied By The Realization Of Specific, Practical Tasks Consisting In: Control And Monitoring Of The State Of Existing Networks And Facilities; Ongoing Repair And Annual Maintenance Of Facilities; Sanitation And Cleaning Of The Elements Of Street Lighting Networks; Setting Clocks And Ensuring The Reliability Of The Operation Mode Of The Street Lighting Networks; Re-Equipment (Re-Equipment) Of The Facilities In Order To Ensure Their Safety And Adequacy Of The Networks With Modern Technical And Environmental Requirements; Ensuring The Operation Of Existing Networks And Facilities During Official Holidays And Events; Restoring The Operation Of Existing Networks And Facilities In The Event Of Accidents And In The Conditions Of Disasters, Accidents And Catastrophes; Provision Of Preliminary Research Activity And Preparation Of The Implementation Of Measures For Expansion, Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Existing Networks And Facilities.
