Bids Are Invited For Provision, By The Selected Company, Of Fiber Optic Interconnection Services, With Bandwidth Capacity Of Up To 10 Gbps Available, When Necessary, As Well As The Implementation Of Lan-To-Lan Connectivity Between The Administrative And Operational Units Of The State Secretariat Of Justice And Public Security - Sejusp/Ac, At The State Level, With A View To Improving Institutional Communication.

Purpose: The Administrative Contract To Be Signed Will Have As Its Purpose The Provision, By The Selected Company, Of Fiber Optic Interconnection Services, With The Provision Of Bandwidth Capacity Of Up To 10 Gbps, When Necessary, As Well As The Implementation Of Lan-To-Lan Connectivity Between The Administrative And Operational Units Of Sejusp/Ac, At The State Level, With A View To Improvement Institutional Communication. The Scope Also Includes Last-Mile Fiber Optic Deployment, Including The Supply, Installation And Configuration Of The Necessary Equipment, Such As Routers, Switches And Other Network Assets. As A Counterpart, Sejusp Will Provide, During The Contractual Term, The Right To Use Part Of The Capacity Of The Fiber Optic Infrastructure Of The Energisa Line, Without Prejudice To Its Operational Needs, With The Activation And Operation Being Fully Paid For By The Contracted Company, Which Must Provide All The Necessary Assets, Including Dwdm Systems, Switches, Amplifier Modules And Other Equipment Indispensable For Long-Distance Network Operation Using Opgw Technology. The Use Of This High-Capacity And Highly Resilient Infrastructure Will Allow Data To Flow In A Secure And Stable Environment, Providing Significant Gains In Performance And Availability For The Institutional Network. The Proposed Solution Aims To Resolve The Structural Connectivity Problems Currently Faced By Sejusp Units, Promoting Their Integration Into The State Network (Ac.Gov) Or The Secretariats Own Network, With A Consequent Improvement In Operational Efficiency, Without The Need For Direct Expenditure Of Financial Resources By The Public Administration. For The Contracted Company, The Use Of The Opgw Infrastructure Represents The Possibility Of Expanding Its Operational Capacity, Through A Robust, Secure And Resilient Network, Capable Of Composing Redundancy And Service Continuity Solutions.
