Effluent Pre-Treatment System Acquisition Of An Effluent Pre-Treatment System, Intended For Carrying Out The Sieving, Sand Removal, Grease Removal And Aeration Of Sanitary And/Or Industrial Effluents, To Meet The Needs Of The Municipal Department Of The Environment And The Municipality Of Prata-Mg. The Equipment Must Be Supplied Complete, Assembled And Suitable For Operation, Consisting Of A Pre-Treatment Channel, Pcp Model Channel Rotary Sieve, Solids Removal System, Sand Removal System, Grease Removal System, Aeration System Using Diffusers And An Automatic Electrical Control Panel. Corrosion And Greater Durability In Environments Subject To Humidity, Gases And Aggressive Agents Present In Effluent Treatment Plants. The Rotary Sieve Must Operate With A Filtration Opening Between 3 Mm And 10 Mm, As Required By The Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant, Performing The Automatic Removal Of Suspended And Floating Solids Present In The Effluent. The Equipment Must Have An Automatic Screen Washing System Filtering By Means Of Hydroblasting, Promoting Continuous Cleaning Of The Sieve And Retained Residues. The Solid Residues Removed Must Go Through A Compaction Process, Aiming To Reduce Volume, Humidity And Odor, Being Automatically Discharged Into An Appropriate Container, Plastic Bag Or Collection Bucket. Sedimentation With Suitable Geometry For Decantation Of Solid Particles, Containing Horizontal Helical Conveyor For Collecting The Sedimented Sand And Vertical Helical Conveyor For Elevating And Disposing Of The Removed Material.
