The Services Must Include, At A Minimum: Development Of Basic And Executive Architectural And Engineering Project, Including, When Applicable: The Architectural Project; The Structural Project; The Electrical Project; Preparation Of A Detailed Budget Spreadsheet, Based On Official References (Sinapi, Setop Or Equivalent); Preparation Of Physical-Financial Schedule; Descriptive Memorandum And Technical Specifications Of The Services; Composition Of Unit Costs; Technical Support In The Preparation Of Parts For The Bidding Process For The Work; Compatibility Between All Projects Prepared; Compliance With Abnt Technical Standards And Applicable Legislation.
