Regarding Contracting Of Innovative Solution, Under The Terms Of Complementary Law No. 182/2021 (Legal Framework For Startups), Through Public Contracting Of Innovative Solution - Cpsi, Intended For Development, Implementation, Testing Validation Of A Technological Solution Applied To Municipal Fiscal Intelligence. The Contracting Focuses On Expanding The Analytical Capacity Of The Tax Administration, Detecting Tax Inconsistencies, Classifying Taxpayers By Risk, Prioritizing Inspection Actions And Strengthening Tax Justice.
