Lot 1 - Supply, Maintenance And Hygiene Of Iron Containers: The Contractor Shall Provide 300 (Three Hundred) Iron Containers With A Capacity Of 1,200 Liters In Locations To Be Defined By The Municipal Administration, Including Districts, In Order To Temporarily Store Household Solid Waste Deposited By The Population And Optimize Collection Services. Contractors Responsibility For Maintenance, Hygiene And Replacement Of Damaged Containers, All At No Cost To The Contractor. Body In Order To Contain The Soot Arising From The Process Of Crushing The Pruning Residues. The Branch Chopping Machine Must Be Of The Towable Type, With An Engine Power Of No Less Than 80 Hp, With Power Take-Off Which Can Be Through The Truck Engine Or Fuel, Containing An Intake Contour Bar With Reverse Drive And An Outlet Duct With Deflector And Safety Bar, With Capacity To Crush Branches With A Diameter Of At Least 4 (Four Inches). Work Teams Must Be Permanently Uniformed And Provided With Tools, Personal Protective Equipment – Epi’S, Collective Protection Equipment – Epc’S And Consumable Materials Necessary For The Complete Execution Of The Tasks., Lot 1 - Collection And Transport Service Of Urban And Household Solid Waste: Full Execution Of Household, Commercial And Rural Collection Routes, Through Provision And Operation Of 06 (Six) Production Sets, Each Consisting Of A Compactor Truck With A Minimum Capacity Of 15 M³, 01 Driver Qualified With Category D Or E Drivers License And 03 Qualified Collectors, With Waste Routing To The Local Transshipment Station, Measurement Being Performed Per Ton Effectively Collected And Destined., Lot 1 - Service Operation And Maintenance Of The Transshipment Station (Including Control And Elimination Of Vectors) And Transportation To Final Destination: Operation And Maintenance Service Of The Transshipment Station, Where Domestic And Commercial Solid Waste Will Be Deposited In Stationary Buckets, To Be Taken To The Licensed Sanitary Landfill. The Contractor Must Make Available At Minimum 10 (Ten) Buckets For Temporary Storage Of Garbage With A Minimum Capacity Of 39 M³ (According To Legislation). These Buckets Must Be Provided With Resistant And Suitable Tarpaulins For Continuous Use, So That Waste Is Not Exposed To The Open Air. For The Operation Of The Landfill, At Least: 01 (One) Machine Operator Will Be Required; 01 (One) General Services Assistant; And 01 (One) Backhoe. The Contractor Will Transport Solid Waste From The Transshipment Site To The Licensed Sanitary Landfill, Using A Rollon / Roll Off Truck. Waste Transport Will Be Carried Out Using A Rollon / Roll Off Truck. 2022. This Service Will Be Measured Per Ton Of Waste Transported, Using Weighing Tickets To Check The Services Provided. Weighing Will Be Carried Out Directly Next To The Landfill, At The Time Of Final Disposal Of The Waste.
