Services Must Include: • In-Person Pre-Conference Technical Training, With A Workload Of 3 (Three) Hours; • Provision Of Pre-Conference Support Material, Including Slides, Videos, Attendance Lists And Printed Material, If Necessary; • Carrying Out, At Least, 02 (Two) Technical Visits For Explanation In Pre-Conferences Aimed At Suas Workers, Intersectoral Network And Rights Guarantee System, With A Minimum Workload Of 8 (Eight) Hours Each; • Preparation Of The Following Technical And Administrative Materials: Digital Internal Regulations, Digital Invitation, Certificate Of Participation, Convocation Decree, Invitations, Delegate Registration Forms For Pre-Conference And Conference, Motion Models, Registration Form Or Link, Attendance Lists And Evaluation Form; • Holding A Keynote Lecture; • Compilation Of Final Proposals; • Conducting And Organizing The Final Plenary Session To Vote On Proposals And Elect Delegates; • Technical Support In The Preparation Of Terms Of Reference
