Date Added: June 1, 2026 Deadline: 29/06/2026 Category: General Supplies & Services, Construction & Engineering 4.0 COLLECTION OF BID DOCUMENTS: The tender documents are to be collected from the Office of the Head of Procurement Unit between the working hours of 08:00am and 04:00pm daily upon the payment of non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 per Lot to the Federal College of Agriculture and Technology (FCAT) Nabanje through REMITA platform in any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria, and present the teller to the Bursary Department for receipt. (The GIFMIS Code for Tenders Fee should be indicated in the appropriate column while generating the RRR). 5.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS: Prospective bidders are to submit bid for the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with softcopy of financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Rector, Federal College of Agriculture and Technology (FCAT) Nabanje, Katsina State- Nigeria and clearly marked with (the name of the project and lot number boldly written on top of the envelope). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box at the Office of the Rector, Federal College of Agriculture and Technology (FCAT) Nabanje not later than 12:00 noon on Monday, 29th June, 2026. Please ensure you signed the bid submission register as the College will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids. 6.0 OPENING OF BIDS: The technical and financial bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at the College Board Room, Federal College of Agriculture and Technology (FCAT) Nabanje by 12:00 noon on Monday, 29th June, 2026 in the presence of bidders or their representatives, Civil Society Organizations and interested stakeholders invited to attend the public opening.
