COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (CATEGORY A, B & C) Interested companies are to collect the Bidding Documents from the Procurement Division of National Library of Nigeria, CBD Abuja on evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00, paid into the National Library of Nigerias Remita account in any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. 4. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bids in two (2) hard copies each of the Technical and Financial bids with Soft Copy of Financial bid saved in a Flash Drive in MS Excel Format, packaged in two separate envelopes clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid (each of the envelopes MUST bear the Companys name, address of the bidder and the Lot number). Furthermore, the reverse side of the envelope must bear the companys name and address of the bidder. The documents should be deposited in the Tender Tamper Proof Box at the Procurement Division of National Library of Nigeria on the ground floor, Plot 274 Sanusi Dantata House, Central Business District, Abuja within the working hour of 9am 4pm, Mondays Fridays.
