Tenders are invited for Provision of Consultancy Services for Preparation of a Valuation Roll for Isiolo County The County Government of Isiolo invites proposals from eligible, qualified, and experienced consultancy firms for the Provision of Consultancy Services for the Preparation of a Valuation Roll for Isiolo County. A Valuation Roll is a legal document that lists all rateable properties in a county, their values and the owners among other identifiers. It forms the basis for levying property rates which is one of the most important sources of own-source revenue for county governments in Kenya.
