Tenders are invited for Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 2 x 1MW/2MWh Battery Energy Storage Systems for Rodrigues Island The Central Electricity Board is inviting bids from eligible and qualified local and international biddersthrough the Government e-Procurement Systemfor the Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Two 1MW/2MWh Battery Energy Storage Syaytem for Rodrigues Island Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system is CEB/IFB/2026/11191. A Pre-Bid meeting and a site visit shall take place on Wednesday 01 July 2026 at 10.30 hours (Rodrigues time) at Pointe Monnier Power Station in Rodrigues Island, as mentioned in the bidding document. Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Monday 27 July 2026 at 13.30 hours (Mauritian time) at latest. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as from Monday 27 July 2026 at 15.01 hours till Wednesday 29 July 2026 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian time).
