Tenders are invited for Appointment of a Service Provider to Conduct District-Level Sensitisation and Action Planning Workshops with Traditional Leaders on Reducing Human Rights and Gender Barriers to HIV Prevention and Service Access. Closing date: 11th of June 2026 SCOPE OF WORK: The service provider is expected to conduct provincial-level action planning workshops with traditional leaders that were trained previously in GC6 on human rights and gender, review key actions conducted since they were trained and facilitate action planning for key priority activities in their communities in GC7 and beyond; to support sustainability even after this Global Fund Cycle in March 2028. The traditional leaders who were capacitated under GC6 will be further supported to translate current relevant research evidence into structured, context-specific action plans that strengthen their role in addressing stigma, discrimination, gender-based violence (GBV), harmful gender norms and other structural barriers that limit equitable access to HIV/TB/STI health services.
