Prequalifications are invited for Procurement of the Products and Services under the Security Capacities Enhancement Programme for the Republic of the Philippines fy2024 Official Security Assistance (OSA) The Government of the Republic of the Philippines (hereinafter referred to as the Recipient) has received a grant of One Billion Six Hundred Million Japanese Yen (JPY1,600,000,000.-) from the Government of Japan according to the Exchange of Notes between the Governments on December 5, 2024, concerning the Security Capacities Enhancement Programme FY2024 (OSA) (hereinafter referred to as the Programme), aiming for ensuring peace, stability and security based on the rule of law, humanitarian activities and/or international peace cooperation activities by the Recipient. Japan International Cooperation System (JICS), as the procurement agent for and on behalf of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines, will conduct the procurement of products and/or services through tendering. JICS thus announces procurement exercises as follows: 1. Products and /or Services to be procured (subject to change) (1) Products Lot 1: Truck for Transport Power Generator Set Lot 2: TC90 Airborne Automatic Identification System (AIS) Lot 3: 7-meter Class Boat with Trailer and Lot 4: Towing Vehicle for 7-meter Class Boat The eligible source country of the Products shall be Japan unless otherwise specified in the Tender Documents.
