The Object Of This Public Procurement Is Service - (The Provision Of Services) In The Sense Of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act With The Subject Exercising Construction Supervision During The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works At A Site: Implementation Of Activities For The Prevention, Protection And Management Of The Risk Of Floods Along The Skot River In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Vratsa Under Procedure Bg16ffpr002-4.006 - Natural Measures For Flood Risk Prevention And Management Under Priority 4 Risk And Climate Change Under The Environment 2021-2027 Program With The Purpose And Scope Of Performing The Functions Of A Consultant Within The Meaning Of Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1 And Item 2 Of The Spatial Planning Act, As The Duties And Responsibilities Are In Accordance With The Mandatory Scope Regulated In Art. 168, Para. 1, Para. 3, Para. 6 And Art. 176A, Para. 1 Of Zut. The Scope Will Be Implemented Within The Framework Of Main Activities #2, #8 And #9 And Accompanying Main Activities, Namely: Main Activities Subject To The Order: Main Activity #1 – Organization And Implementation Of Preparatory Works Before And After The Opening Of The Construction Site; Main Activity #2 – Organization And Implementation Of The Functions Of Construction Supervision In The Sense Of Art. 166, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Zut With The Duties And Responsibilities, According To The Mandatory Scope Regulated In Art. 168, Para. 1, Para. 3 Of The Zut; Main Activity No. 3 – Organization And Execution Of Control Of The Construction Products Delivered And Put Into Construction In The Sense Of Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Zut; Main Activity #4 - Organization And Performance Of The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator At The Construction Stage, According To Art. 5, Para. 3 Of Regulation No. 2/2004. And Other Normative Acts Governing This Matter; Main Activity No. 5 – Organization And Implementation Of Environmental Protection Control During Construction And Assembly Activities In Accordance With The Law On Environmental Protection And The Law On Waste Management And Their Regulations; Main Activity #6 – Organization And Implementation Of The Activities Necessary To Create And Ensure Safe And Healthy Working Conditions And Fire Safety At The Workplace Where The Service Is Provided; Main Activity #7 – Organization And Implementation Of The Activities Necessary To Create And Ensure The Necessary Conditions For Preventing And/Or Minimizing Environmental Pollution Of Air, Water, Soil From The Implementation Of The Activities Subject To The Service; Main Activity #8 – Organization And Preparation Of A Technical Passport In The Sense Of Art. 176A, Para. 1 Of Zut; Main Activity #9 – Organization And Preparation Of A Final Report Within The Meaning Of Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut; Main Activity #10 – Organization And Support Of The Employer In The Period From Acceptance Of The Construction With The Relevant Protocol To Commissioning; Main Activity #11 – Organization And Administration Of The Contract Within The Framework Of The Duties And Responsibilities Of The Construction Stage; All Main Activities No. 1, From No. 3 To No. 7 Inclusive And From No. 10 To No. 11 Inclusive, As Necessary Activities And All Necessary Costs For Their Implementation, Will Be Provided For In The Unit Prices Of Activities No. 2, No. 8 And No. 9 From The List Of Items Reflected In The Price Proposal. ​​​​​​​
