Tenders Are Invited For Selection Of An Electricity Supplier, Coordinator Of A Balancing Group, For Low Voltage Sites For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Tervel, Dobrich Region

The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor, Coordinator Of A Balancing Group, Who Will Supply Low-Voltage Net Active Electrical Energy For Low-Voltage Facilities For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Tervel, Dobrich Region. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity For The Term Of The Contract Of 12 (Twelve) Months Is Approximately 1200 Mwh (One Thousand Two Hundred Megawatt Hours). The Amount Of Electrical Energy Is Determined By The Contracting Authority Depending On The Specific Needs And Financial Security Of The Budgetary Maintenance Units, Which Are Objects For Which The Electrical Energy Is Supplied In The Subject Of The Order. The Quantities Indicated In The Documentation Are Estimated For The Duration Of The Contract (12-Twelve Months) And Are Determined On The Basis Of A Reference For The Electrical Energy Consumed By The Contracting Authority For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months Prior To The Announcement Of This Public Procurement, And The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Use Them And Is Not Limited By Them. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Administration Of The Amounts For The Legally Determined Fees, Network Services And Excise Duty. The Same Will Be Paid By The Client To The Contractor. In Connection With The Above, A Contract For Combined Services Will Be Concluded With The Contractor Within The Meaning Of Art. 11, Item 10 And Under The Conditions Of Art. 20 Of Ptee (Energy Trading Rules).
