The Current Public Procurement Is Divided Into 2 Separate Positions As Follows: Separate Position No. 1 Measures For Energy Efficiency And Sustainable Renovation Of A Residential Building With Administrative Address: City Of Vidin, Saedinenie Residential Complex, Block 2 And Improvement Of The Surrounding Area And Space; Separate Position No. 2 Measures For Energy Efficiency And Sustainable Renovation Of A Residential Building With Administrative Address: City Of Vidin, Pannonia Block 9, Ex.B And Improvement Of The Surrounding Spaces For Each Of The Individual Positions, The Public Procurement Covers The Following Main Activities: Activity 1 - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase With Scope And Contents According To The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) And Ordinance No. 4 Of May 21, 2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects With The Measures Included In The Energy Efficiency Survey And The Sites Technical Passport. Activity 2 – Implementation Of Smr According To The Duly Agreed And Approved Investment Project. Activity 3 - Exercise Author Supervision During Construction. The Buildings Under Both Separate Positions Are Defined As Iii Category, According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 3, Letter C Of Zut And Art. 6, Para. 3, Item 4 Of Regulation No. 1/2003 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types. The Detailed Description Of The Requirements For The Participants Is Described In The Technical Specifications.
