The Order Includes Delivery Of Office Materials Included In The List Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Law On Public Procurement, For The Needs Of The Administration Of The Rodopi Municipality, The Town Halls And Childrens Institutions On The Territory Of The Rodopi Municipality, Therefore And In Connection With The Decision Of The Council Of Ministers No. 591/18.07.2016 And Art. 80, Para. 1 Of The Ppzop, The Public Procurement Is Intended For Awarding Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives To People With Disabilities Or To Business Entities Whose Main Goal Is The Social And Professional Integration Of People With Disabilities Or People In A Disadvantaged Position. According To Art. 12, Para. 7 Of The Public Procurement Act, Other Interested Parties May Also Participate In The Public Procurement, But Their Bids Will Be Considered Only If No Bids Of The Persons Under Art. 12, Para. 1 Of The Zop.
