This Framework Agreement Is A Project Management Assistance Contract Relating To The Urban Integration Of The Bords De Marne Bus Operation In The Municipalities Of Fontenay-Sous-Bois, Le-Perreux-Sur-Marne, Neuilly-Plaisance, Neuilly-Sur-Marne, Gournay-Sur-Marne, Gagny And Chelles, Aimed At Carrying Out Evaluation, Expertise And Advisory Missions Concerning The Urban Integration Of The Developments. (Dedicated Road Sectors And Accompanying Measures) In The Design Phase, Execution Studies, Construction And Acceptance Of The Works. The Missions Are Similar To Oqa Missions But Do Not Fall Within The Regulatory Framework Of The Standardized Oqa Missions. The Areas Of Expertise Of The Amo Urban Integration Concern: - Road And Intersection Developments: Geometry, Visibility, Vertical And Horizontal Police Signage, Distribution Of Space, Management Of Soft Modes - Cycle Developments: Geometry, Visibility, Horizontal And Vertical Signage-Intersections Equipped With Three-Color Light Signaling: Location Of Different Signals, Matrix Of Intersections, Management Of All Flows, Including Bicycle Lights-The Insertion Of The Own Site Into The Urban Environment: Geometry Taken Into Account In The Management Of Flows, Stations-The Safety Of All Users Of The Public Space And In Particular Of People With Reduced Mobilityas A Reminder, The Bbm Project Is Subject To Progressive Implementation, In Two Phases:-Phase 1, Which Consists Of The Development Of The Line Over The Entire Route Guaranteeing Overall Operation Of The Bbm Over The Forecast Commissioning Horizon Specified In The Program;-Phase 2, Which Consists Of, Ofor Phase 2.1, In The “Val-De-Fontenay Sector”, The Arrangements Necessary For Moving The Bbm Terminus, From Its Provisional Location (Rue Carnot) To Its Final Location Within The Eastern Bus Hub Of The Val-De-Fontenay Hub (Once The Work Has Been Completed).
