Tenders Are Invited For Replacement Of Water Meters With Intelligent Water Accounting Systems In The Jeżewo Commune

The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Obtaining All Necessary Decisions And Permits, As Well As The Construction And Implementation Of An Intelligent Water Supply Network Management System In The Jeżewo Commune, Along With The Delivery Of A Brand New, Complete System For Remote Readings With Brand New Hardware And Software Compatible With The Radix Eko+ System Operated By The Budgetary Unit - Municipal Waterworks And Treatment Plant In Jeżewo. The Subject Of The Order Should Be In Accordance With Eu Directive 2014/32/Eu Of February 26, 2014 And Have Current Certificates Of The National Institute Of Hygiene In Warsaw Allowing Contact With Drinking Water (Certificates Required For All Delivered Water Meters). The Water Supply Network Management System Should Include The Dispatch Center - The Headquarters Of Gwio In Jeżewo, Ul. Łąkowa 2, 86-131 Jeżewo. The Ordering Party Expects The Contractor Of The Investment Project, Which Will Constitute The First Stage Of Implementation Of An Integrated It System, To Perform The Following Scope Of Work: A) Delivery And Installation Of Radio Water Meters At Individual Water Consumers In The Following Towns: Jeżewo, Laskowice, Czersk Świecki. B) Delivery Of System Software Necessary To Implement The New System. Data Transmission Within The System Must Be Protected Against Access By Unauthorized Persons, C) Delivery Of All Devices And Equipment Necessary To Implement And Run The System, Not Specified In This Ffu, And, According To The Contractors Knowledge, Necessary For The Correct And Efficient Operation Of The System. The Scope Of Delivery Of Devices And Equipment Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. D) Development Of The Necessary Documentation, Including Detailed Task Implementation Schedules, Technical, Training And Operational And As-Built Documentation. E) Conducting Training For The Ordering Partys Employees, Including The Use, Maintenance And Development Of The Implemented System. F) Design And Implementation Of A Monitoring System, Enabling Its Future Expansion With Additional Elements And Measurement Points. Note: The Contractor Will Perform All Accompanying Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements, Incl. Including - If Necessary: • Repairs At His Own Expense Resulting From The System Installation Works At Individual Customers, • In The Offer Price, The Contractor Should Include All Costs Of Work Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. Detailed Functional And Operational Properties Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Obtaining All Necessary Decisions And Permits, As Well As The Construction And Implementation Of An Intelligent Water Supply Network Management System In The Jeżewo Commune, Covered By The Scope Of The Order.
