The Order Includes: Renovation Works Of The Village Community Center In The Olszanka Commune As Part Of The Project: Małopolskie Rural Community Centers 2026A) Carpentry Works, B) Construction Works - Ceilings, C) Floors, D) Painting With Preparation, Replacement Of Roofing With Accompanying Works - Olszanka Volunteer Fire Department Buildinga) Demolition Works, B) Construction Of A Reinforced Concrete Wreath And Column Elevations, C) Truss Roof In A Purlin-And-Tick System With A Cantilever Frame For The Shelving (Structural Wood Will Be Provided By The Investor), D) Covering Works, E) Installation Of A Snow Fence, A Two-Pipe System, F) Installation Of Footings And Chimney Steps. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 9.1 - 9.2 To Swz. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Art Of Construction, In Compliance With Polish Standards, Technical Conditions - In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of April 12, 2002 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1225), All Applicable Legal Provisions And The Attached Documentation. 4.4. Moreover, As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works Necessary For The Execution Of The Order, Including: A) Arranging The Work Facilities, B) Securing The Works In Terms Of Health And Safety. - This Also Applies To Securing The Safety Conditions Of All Persons Authorized To Be On The Construction Site, C) Organize And Carry Out The Necessary Tests, Examinations And Acceptances For The Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order, D) Cover Damages Incurred During The Execution Of The Order (Including: To Third Parties), E) Restore The Areas Occupied For The Execution Of The Order To Their Original Condition, Including Dismantling All Auxiliary Devices.
